Theres the named Deej only appears during official releases and signs the update info... he is the Player- relations guy pretty much since you guys also use twitch, how about you do a 1-2 hour stream each month, and actually have face to face Q&A with players? and just q&a no introduces or anything.we can see the questions asked aswell and hear you guys comment on them live for once... it would be constructive in my opinion and you get to answer a lot of things people wonder about? tbh its doable easily on your end and players would join with a lot of meta, raid, upcoming changes to the game type questions or what do players expect for the future. hell, you can even run realistic polls on it. edit: ty for the support on the idea. tbh theres a difference by saying "cant do it , would be just spam chat or angry crowd" and "we dont want to do it"(basically avoiding problem-solving process) . there are streamers using 4-5 moderators and handle 1000 viewers, if a department of a game company cant handle that, they shouldnt be at those seats doing that job.
