I'm looking for a dedicated player and organised individual with time on their hands to help, and eventually lead, an xbox 360 dedicated clan. Part of an alliance of several other clans, you'll be part of a social community. The right candidate must be willing to keep the same structure in place that I have for my other clans. Tweaking is allowed as time goes on to mold the clan into your own flavour. We use an app called groupme, all "clan" members are required to sign up to this before their clan tag requests can be accepted. This chat app is an easier way to organise the members, set up events and socialise! I'll help you get to grips with the app so you know how to do things. I have an admin only group set up, filled with information posts to help you, and any future prospective admins you may recruit, with your role and how you can best carry it out. On top of that you'll be included in a chat with all the admins of my other clans, so if you need advice you can just call upon their wealth of experience and knowledge. You'll be part of the extended family as so to speak! You will need time, running a group takes it away from you. At the moment the group is small, so there is little planning required to begin with. But as the group grows, planning events and helping your fellow members with any questions they may have will start to eat away at your dedicated time available. To begin with you'll be handling recruitment and new members. As the group grows over time you'll learn about your members and hopefully be able to pick out those that have potential to help you run the clan.
