Alcohol: The Universal Difficulty Modifier!
Hi all!
I've just finished editing the second Boozeraid and i've flung it up on youtube to see what the world thinks of it! For those of you who are new to the concept, a Boozeraid is a little Terror Australis tradition! Anything goes, and there are only three rules:
You die, you have a shot
The team wipes, you have a shot
You complain, you have a shot
Sounds simple right? Well we're pretty simple folks haha.

1 ответFirst night we did HM Crota roommate got 3 cases of beer between two of us we finished 2 of them, rest of our team was stone cold sober. That moment when he self-rezed to save the team at the bridge (he'd gotten across 2nd but got killed by a sword knight) I'd died trying to keep the bridge up for the third person across. Didn't really say much other than "Dude it's scary over here" suddenly ogres are dead and everyone gets rezzed. Rest of the team didn't even know we'd been drinking (any time either of us died we'd get up and grab three-four beers) until we killed Crota, when my friend turned and looked around, grinned at me and said "Dude, is there any beer left?". Everyone started sighing and saying "I knew it! No wonder we wiped (laughing)" Et cetera, but roommate and I'd clutched the bridge and abyss/shrieker chest respectively and died on raid about the same amount as everyone else and we were pleased as punch with ourselves. If I was guilty of anything it was trying to be a meatshield for other people as a hunter. Only time I've drunk Destiny'd but it was a gas.

1 ответVery enjoyable to watch, great work guys. My fondest drunk moment was when my gf and I did crota's end while drunk. Right off the bat she yelled leeroy Jenkins and gave herself a 20 second headstart and didn't slow down. Every lamp I came up to was about to explode or had already exploded.

7 отв.I would like to see a "drunk rumble" where you try to match make with the other three in the party (you already have a fireteam of three) and take a shot after every death. Maybe a certain amount of alcohol for what you get killed with.

I had to use them for a few days when I had surgery (on my f*cking face man, it hurt so bad) and I played destiny every time I had to take them. The enemies are so much more terrifying, and you get worried that your character isn't social enough so you follow people around in the tower for hours on end. You also try and give Eris some therapy, I sat down and pretended to talk to her for a good 30 minutes. [spoiler]For a while I was also worried my warlock wasnt warm enough in his robes so I was yelling at Hideo to give me his animal skin so I could stay warm. "NO YOU DONT UNDERSTAND YOU CATHOLIC F*CK, I NEED IT NOW! I WILL FREEZE TO DEATH OUT THERE MAN PLEASE!" It was quite embarrassing looking back at it.[/spoiler]
