Rodeo makes the recoil go up and down, instead of pulling left or right also. That is what is "more predictable."
Some people like it, because it makes it easier to line up follow-up shots if you only have to correct in one axis.

That's counterbalance
-
Without rodeo, you will see the recoil wander off to the right. Once enabled, the recoil is almost straight up. Not counterbalance. Rodeo.
-
In the video it almost seems like rodeo made the horizontal recoil worse :o Counterbalance is the perk that effects horizontal recoil. Try it for yourself.

I can't fix your eyes.

You want me to take a video of it? Because I will.
-
Go for it, but you can't seem to see the video right here the same way the rest of us do....

Изменено (Dexter307): 10/20/2015 6:15:27 PMCounterbalance significantly reduces horizontal recoil. Try it for yourself. My lmg has counterbalance and has no horizontal recoil once the perk was unlocked.

No bro counter balance actually adds stability rodeo makes the weapon jerk itself around less on all aspects such as jumping with the weapon and being shot it just doesn't excel in either one making the perk almost impossible to notice because it's not nearly as dramatic as other similar perks
