Bump...but the strikes will never be fixed...and here's why.
The overall design is just bad. Our Guns are too weak, and the Enemy's shields are WAY too strong. It's frustrating that they can recharge to 100% faster then I can reload my Gun! IMHO the Shields shouldn't surpass the Enemies Health... It's just trash design.
The overall level design is terrible to. In POE, you have the tiny one little spot you can hide for cover. Otherwise the PVE's super accurate sniper aim will hit you across the map. (If you haven't realized it, your player is lagging, while the AI is not) .This doesn't allow for other strategy or styles to be had. It's a camp fest, because that's all you can do. now they want to take our little hiding spots away? GET BENT BUNGIE!

Super bump, watched a dreg throw a grenade damn near clear across the map and land directly at my foot behind cover on the far right platform in the fallen Poe arena. Best nade in history. Fallen captains drink 3 gally shots just to bring shields down at LVL 35. The shrapnel rifle they use shred at all ranges. I'd live to have the exotic he's using lol

" This is why I have written quite a few vehement posts on how I hate all of these new weapon nerfs. It is only going to get worse because our guns will be weaker while the enemies still keep the same bullet sponginess they always have had. It's funny, even though I quit and sold my ps4 copy, I still write here. Perhaps it is because of how much I loved elements of the game like the mechanics, artwork, and soundtrack. So many things of Destiny were awesome I thought and I love the game itself, but it just will never turn out good with the devs doing what they are.

I personally don't like the reliance on shields for everything. Enemies don't need a million but points or impenetrable shields if the encounters are designed to allow cover around the map while allowing bosses to take advantage of it too and with abilities to supplement their weapon attacks.

Exactly! I remember the first time I came across the "Public Event Eliminate the Target" It was only a Lvl 8 Wizard, yet I couldn't manage to the kill the thing! Up to that point, I had no problem with Spider tanks, defend the Satellite on my own. Yet this thing was not only recharging, but running away faster then I could reload! It's also why I started using AR's at first, simply cause they had more Bullets!... Now HC's are getting even less? It's just insane.

Exactly the way I feel. To me, the entire hand cannon nerf is completely indefensible on Bungie's part and I simply won't allow anyone to get away with trying to defend it. Yeah, Last Word, Thorn, and Hawkmoon needed some adjustments due to crucible troubles. However, reducing mag sizes, impact power, hipfire and ADS accuracy and large scale range reduction defeats the entire purpose of the guns. Now if they cut down the mag sizes while increasing the damage they put out by a lot, or making every single headshot with them stagger enemies like MIDA does, then I could understand that, but they aren't. I refuse to buy another round of content that forces me to use inferior guns, that is not how good progression is done (for those who think Destiny is along MMO lines as you never ever exchange old powerful gear for newer weaker stuff) and it certainly isn't done in FPS (giving out weaker guns as the game goes on).
