I'm torn. I've been playing mgs since I first had a playstation. And even on the gameboys. The issue that bugs me is that MGS5 is nothing like it's predecessors. It's a very very different gamestyle. I'm not against change. But it's definitely going to be a very different experience from what we're used to so the chances of hit or miss are super high

Have you played Peacewalker on PSP? MGSV is a lot like it.

Yes I have. And it's maps and missions are very linear. The only similarity is that it's a sequel to it and the motherbase stuff. Have you seen gameplay of mgs5? It's just one big map and you can take on the missions from practically any angle. From north, south, east, west, right from above. You can sneak through, you can go in guns blazing

Right, so imagine the big maps of MGSIV with the base building elements of Peacewalker and you basically get MGSV. Honestly I think you have nothing to worry about :-D
