Red bull code
I received a private message on the app with red bull codes saying i could have them i redeemed the codes but someone told me i could be banned IF the guy stole the codes (hows that even possible) is this true? or does me having the message as evidence matter?

Had i known they could have brought the risk of being banned i wouldnt have entered them. If theres something wrong with the codes or they result in me being banned can i contact bungie in any way? show them the messages? They can remove the focused light from those codes off my account (i have entered 1 code from a can i personally bought) or something? I dont want to be banned for something someone else did if this is true
