I haven't even attempted the 35 because people were saying it takes 5-7hrs. Is this really the time frame? Honestly how long do you really need from start to finish on an average run?
# finally did it! Took approximately 2hrs with Max weapons and 34 light.

Since the nerf it's a good battle and you can get the whole thing done in about an hour, or two.
-
This week it's hard. Grenade boost vs aggressive enemies. You're better off going up against him with a weapon type boost, like last week. Was the first time, took around 45 minutes. No failures but we did take our time. For the full PoE run, from round 1 to opening the chests, I'd say roughly 2 to 3 hours if you go without mistakes. It depends on your team though. A good team, even if they're inexperienced, will be able to get through it within 2 hours if they take things slow. And slow as is run in circles to kite enemies while waiting for respawns
-
Did it my first and only time this past week for the remaining triumph I needed. We wiped once. Second time we won. All three of us had Gjallarhorns. Took about an hour and 15 minutes from first arena to finish. Coordination with your team to pass the poison is key. Also clearing adds before taking Skolas health down about ever 25% or so. Hunter invisibility, Titan Bubble, Warlock Self-Res are key for mines.

avoid lightswitch and angry the captains are way to fast, take tons of damage and deal way too much damage. Tried on lightswitch and the one yellow bar captain with 2 swords teleports and is as fast as a hummingbird. He kept wiping us during the mines at one point took out all 3 of us at once. Should have tried again on Brawler. I will try again when modifiers are in my favor. I think I spent around 3 hours trying ran the last round probably 5-7 times before bailing.

2 отв.I haven't done it yet either but want to. Anybody wanna help me run it sometime? I'm on ps4
-
Did my first one this last week with light switch... If you have good communication you'll be fine dude. Took us 2 hours and that was with me being a complete noob
-
3 отв.I have tried to kill skolas 5 times now. I have spend hours per run. The round is too hard. Running for mines, lightswitch, taint of light, it's very hard. Unlike VOG or CE, where you can manage what's happening, there is far too much to do. And that's not even taking into consideration the ads and skolas himself. I do t have 3-4 hours to play it, and even spending an hours trying to find a group to run with.
-
Not nearly as hard as I originally thought before last week. Skolas really is a nice challenge.
-
4 отв.It takes me an hour. Just have 2 or more defenders and it's easy
-
Not hard really, just don't be an idiot and it just takes a little bit. I'd say the actual Skolas fight maybe takes like 20 mins.
-
3 отв.For your first time... Expect hours. After you figure it out and have a good team it takes 1 hour maybe an hour thirty tops.
-
Takes about 30 mins just for skolas if you can get it in 2 runs. It's all about communication that's why people run it with the same team... Skolas is so easy as long as everyone is speaking to each other. Usually takes me about 1 1/2 hours to beat it
-
I did it my first try in 1 hour and 3 mins.
-
It's not that hard if you know what you're doing.
-
I've done it twice once before nerf and once after. Got 2 of the Cypher just need Dregs Promise - I doubt I'll ever do it again unless someone asks me on the final round. There is no time line on this final round could take any time on your 1st try. Good luck and enjoy. Just rotate together and pass essence with about 10 seconds to go while sniping skolas and you will do it. Just stick together and stay in order for essence don't panic.
-
6 отв.Be easier this week without lightswitch on Skolas :)
-
It's not horrible 1.5 hrs maybe a good team and knock it out fast just take ammo syths

8 отв.*This is how my team and I play the encounter and is not the only way it can be done. Just how we enjoy playing the encounter. It can be frustrating, but at least that first time you best him it feels rewarding. With a good team and communication should take about 35 minutes to an hour. Originally you just needed to focus on skolas, burn him with Gally's. Now you can technically still do that but it's faster (IMO) to do the following: 1. Kill the servitor to break Skolas's chains and make him vulnerable, burn him as much as you can. 2. Damage him then rotate, standing still in this fight is pretty much an instant wipe. 3. Now my team at this point starts focusing on the mob because yellow health everything is painful. The mobs are based on Skolas health since the change. So take them down or just leave a few stragglers. Then focus skolas (repeat step one) 4. At this point you should have permanently broken his chains removing the step of having to kill the servitor to make Skolas vulnerable. 5. A random member of your fire team will now be chosen by Skolas to receive a taint that drains health (think extended thorn poisoning) Keep rotating and repeating steps 2-3 keep your eye on the timer so the team mate who is not immune can take the taint. 6. Skolas should be wobbling now or he is on the canvas wincing in pain from the beating you have given him. Capture 3 points that pop up and go collect some loot!

1 ответEasy. 1 hour total on average.
-
Took 3 wipes on skolas. Part of the team sucked though so with 3 good people it should be golden
-
Not that hard
-
First 5 rounds super easy boss round about 30 to 45 min if you know what your doing
-
Bollocks. Took me like 2 hours last time I did it
-
2 отв.30 mins if you know what to do
-
It's easier after the Skolas nerf but still a waste of time.
-
It usually takes me about 30 minutes with a fairly exceptional team. It's not actually a fun encounter is the problem. Bungie artificially ramped up the difficulty by flooding the arena with tons of level 35 fallen, and the whole thing is just a stressful cluster-blam!- where you're constantly under fire from something and juggling a hot potato. If it's worth the mildly interesting loot to you, go right ahead and grab it.
