The green icon would have been the way to go for it to keep it consistent with other notifications. I went because I was curious about the days 1 - 6 but not 7 thing.
But the reward was pretty crappy. Emblem was nice, but the game is suddenly dumping all sorts of extra planetary materials on me and I already broke 800 of each weeks ago. We're now at a point where there are more ways to gain materials than to spend them. And of course they only stack to 200.

Yeah I accidentally discarded a stack of 200 relic iron and I didn't even bat an eye lid when I realised.

Hold square over the material you want to discard, or whatever the equivalent is for Xbox.
