Set of three perks in the middle: Send it, Flared magwell, and Single point sling Exotic Perk: successive critical hits increase reload speed, critical damage, and have a chance to put your single bullet back in the magazine. That's my idea for an exotic, I feel like it would have a quick reload by default, and maybe a scope (not a sniper scope, but some thing more accurate than the crappy dots and lines that all hand cannon sights are.
