How Trading Could Work - NOT EXPLOITABLE

EDITED a with some refinements. You don't directly trade gear, instead you use the strange coins. How you sell: Instead of Xur outright selling exotics, Xur is a middle man for buying and selling exotics and legendaries between players. When Xur is in the tower, you give him any weapons you'd like to sell and Xur will tell you how many strange coins you can receive per item (should probably be around 20-50 coins for very rare items DETERMINED BY THE DEVS). He keeps your item either until it is sold or until the weekend is over. Depending which happens, you'll either receive coins or your item in the mailbox at the end of the weekend when Xur leaves the tower. How to buy: Go to Xur during the weekend when he is in the tower. All weapons that have been put up for sale by other players will be organized by type. Example, you're looking for the Ice Breaker, you navigate to exotics and then snipers rifles and then Ice Breaker. The menu will show whether that weapon is available and will indicate how many are available. Extremely rare items could sell from 400-600 coins. You don't have access to any gamer tags and you don't know who you're buying from or who purchased your items. Value legendary and exotics insanely high (200-600 coins or more depending on rarity and desirability DETERMINED BY THE DEVS). This is to make purchasing items less desirable than grinding for them from RNG and force a substantial amount of time and saving strange coins in order to make purchases Have Xur charge players a finders fee of around 75% or more (to keep the value of currency high and also keep players from being able to quickly collect a large amount of strange coins.) This trading system would be geared towards players who have multiples of things they don't need and would like to get something other than a shard out of, and players who have a ton of time but can't seem to get that one item they want and so can set a goal and work directly towards getting a specific reward. If it looks like certain weapons are becoming too easily obtainable and should be more rare, they can increase the price or vice versa the other way around. Thoughts? Thanks for reading. Please if you comment try to add valuable input and not insults.
