Underneath the surface of Ceres it is believed that their might be some liquid water (not nearly as much as Europa), it's possible it could be a lake showing reflection from the sun whilst the satellite was at the perfect angle to see the sun flicker in and out of the lake. 2.Very Shiny Material on the Planet 3.Aliens 4.
