Can I hide/unlink stadia?

I can’t find anywhere better to ask about this. I would really like to unlink my stadia account from my Destiny profile. It still has my deadname attached to it and I had somebody go out of their way to call me it today. I know Bungie said unlinking is not possible anymore but I don’t believe I can change that username anymore. Thanks <3

To hide it permanently from your setup you would have to deactivate cross-save, which would mean losing access to your characters on Steam for 90 days. There's also no guarantee that there won't be a bug/issue that causes it to show up once you reactivate cross-save again. You could go into Settings -> social -> 'share platform names' to hide it in-game, but anyone checking your profile would still see it.
