What shocks me is how Bungie didn't see all of this. They had an Alpha and a Beta ffs. Anyway, at least it's getting fixed. But still Bungie shouldn't just say, "Ok, here's the game, we'll fix it later and that'll be $60 bucks!"

They did launch a patch based on feedback at the launch of the game, autorifles and shotguns got nerfed in that patch, hand cannons got a buff. But it takes more than short Beta and Alpha tests to know if everything is at place.

Im not sure if you understand how an alpha or beta test works or not, but in those testing enviroments, spawn and drop rates for everything are purposefully boosted to help with data collection. Thats the main difference from the testing enviroment and final build. Thats why some people believe that drop chances are mixed up, because they played the beta. For instance, the cave may have still been using the beta spawn rate, and thanks to everyone, bungie noticed and fixed it.
