That form doesn’t help … all it keeps telling me is “ try trouble shootings, try reaching out to the platform , restart game/pc , do a refund “ so quick to say it’s “ solved “ when really it isnt , I’ve tried and heard it all … nothing is working and even if it gets fixed how will I know it won’t happen again and will have to go through all this again. So where is my money or my silver ???
