Missing silver
I have about 4800 in silver missing ( platform epic games ) I’ve tried reaching out to epic and still no responds .. bungie file forms claims to “ solved “ the issue but really nothing has changed I’m still missing my silver … all transactions/ rewards I’ve used went through but isn’t popping up in game like it used to troubleshooting doesn’t work either, never had this issue before. So far it’s been 2 weeks about to hit 3 weeks with no progress… sure can do a refund but that’s only half fix how do I know it won’t do the samething again ? wasting money and still not showing up in game..

1 답변Hey there, by any chance did you buy the Silver on Epic first, and then set up cross-save? Or has it been linked for a while, and you've bought Silver the same way before on Epic rather than on PSN, just this time it isn't working?

1 답변That form doesn’t help … all it keeps telling me is “ try trouble shootings, try reaching out to the platform , restart game/pc , do a refund “ so quick to say it’s “ solved “ when really it isnt , I’ve tried and heard it all … nothing is working and even if it gets fixed how will I know it won’t happen again and will have to go through all this again. So where is my money or my silver ???
