All the streamers that play pvp in any game are on pc ..
Now how can you know for sure that not every single one of them is cheating so they can compete with the top .
Having skills is one thing .
Using it against players with cheats is another thing .
But others don't wanna be at a dissadvantage .
Why choose the hard way if you can join them , right ?
Streamers can do whatever tf they want , it is not like they are gonna get banned for cheating ...

It's pretty simple. The better system with the lowest latency always wins. If you want to do better you shouldn't be playing on console hooked up to a smart TV with your settings turned up to highest pixel count. It's amazing how many people that consider themselves to be "good gamers" play through WIFI on a console set to 4k hooked up to a TV with 60 ms of lag built into the set itself.
