The Arc and Void Titan have better neutral game and a better super.
I personally much prefer my stasis titan’s neutral game. Far better for over shields than void and has movement tech that competes with arc.
I will not disagree with the super being worse though. I feel weaker in super than out of it.
Bad for pve or pvp? It's kinda the best super in pve atm.
PvP. Longest cooldown plus poor performance is not a good combo.
It’s not the best super in pve by any means. It’s pretty good, but not the best. The main reason to use behemoth in pve is for the free access to font of might.
It's the best stasis super in pve. It can do insane dps against enemies and champs. It's neutral game is great as well in pve but obviously not as good as stasis turret warlocks but building into it has many benefits, crystals, font of might , spears etc.
Pvp It's fallen odd heavly for sure.

Best stasis super, sure.
For PvP the super is too slow in between attacks and has low resistance. Very easy to kill. Being in the longest charging super tier doesn’t help it in any way. I’d be fine with just an additional super option. Melee option too. All the stasis classes need more options.
I don’t know. The snow globe behemoth can do 6 mill damage to a bubbled boss…. 🤷♂️
Or you could just throw one of the 3 highest dps hunter supers and continue using your weapons.
