It's for the bots who can't play without cheesing everything imaginable. They were probably the same people who crutched Felwinter's until it finally got triple-nerfed.

I have only 203 PvP kills on mine from trying it in QP when it was brand new in Season of the Unworthy, which you can see in my Vault right now. I never crutched Felwinter's nor used Found Verdict crutches. Nice gotcha attempt though, gold star for trying.
