Plz no timers on exotic quests, the dungeon secret puzzle ones are fine because those are more of an event but the Vox timer is very punishing for solo play

11 답변There is absolutely nothing wrong with 1 single mission per year having a timer.

1 답변It's a 1550 activity and from the looks of it your highest light is 1542... get your light up to level and it'll be easier.

1 답변Timers don't make playing more fun, just more frustrating. It's a way to make cheaper content. Hey kids, let's shop for new socks, but with a timer so it's exciting and fun!

The normal versions shouldn't have a timer so you can explore , I wish I could have took my time and explored the old tower in Zero hour We are lucky they didn't put a timer on Dungeons -
3 답변Timers are trash. They put an undue amount of pressure on players and honestly, it encourages more mistakes, more wipes, and way less fun. Timers are artificial difficulty, just like locked load-outs and extinguish. Bad design and not very fun.

1 답변I only hate timers because it gives me no room to explore or look around. I just steamroll my way through the base and melt the boss, its a bit boring to be honest. Timers never truly add difficulty, it adds nothing dynamic. I enjoy harder content better when the enemies are tough

2 답변작성자: Demon_XXVII 4/10/2022 3:07:53 PMThe 1580 Vox & timer is a combination that should never be seen in Destiny again It’s bad enough to have to stop the timers by destroying the tanks etc But there’s 25-30 champions, plus every Cabal seems to have the ability to teleport & land on my bloomin head without warning (not even visual cues from drop pods) Bungie have definitely ramped up the ‘surprise’ mechanics when it comes to this 🐂💩 enemy movement/agility

1 답변If they're going to have a timer, make it like the encroaching darkness in legend/master lost sectors. Instead of auto-failing, just make it so you don't rez anymore after a time limit passes. Solos and players who prefer to play slower and safer or who want to explore can finish the quest at their own pace, but there's still pressure to not die after a certain amount of time. Why does Bungie care if you want to spend all day dodging cursed thrall to gawk at the architecture?

1 답변I never enjoyed speed running content. I play this game to shoot aliens not to run to the the end of the map. Still got to do it once to get the fourth message for the seal then I probably won’t play it again which is a shame because it’s could be a fun activity.

3 답변For other missions I agree, but for vox the only difficulty to it is the speed, without that it’s a joke of a mission

Trust me. Bungie does not make real content anymore. I don't think timer is there for a mechanic or challenge. It's just to stop people from questioning the low quality of content in the game. Vox has no exploration aspect like hidden messages, memes or anything. It's a start to finish slim down strike. The master version had just champion mobs and more beefed up enemies with some shield protection and random teleporting mechanics. I don't mind the timer at this stage because there is nothing to see. Get it, do the job, get out. Tourists are not welcomed.

2 답변The timer adds difficulty!! I get your frustrations but I did it solo my first time and it takes a couple tries and then you have no problem! The timer is there to build tension for a reason!!! Just keep trying trust me you can get it!
Plz no timers on exotic quests, the dungeon secret puzzle ones are fine because those are more of an event but the Vox timer is very punishing for solo play
Maybe on master one could say it's punishing but on normal it's just basically a strike. Plenty of time to do the objectives in the 2 timed bits.

4 답변I just want to say.. We need more timers and nightfall halos.... Plus more jump puzzles.. and again more timers..
