The gun mods need to either last the remainder of their mag while firing, or hold their buff so long as ut hits an enemy.
AR rounds in particular should also have an actual timer like scouts, swords, and handcannons had.

I never understood why they made the overload stagger exclusive to weapons that fire over a period of time on a target who's warping all over the place. I wish it worked like the hand cannon stagger for Unstoppable champions.
