작성자: SonicFusion 7/27/2020 7:24:19 AMFor any refund issues you'd need to speak to steam as they're the retailer you bought it through. However silver is none refundable and if you were to do a charge back you'd then be left with a possible negative silver balance. The product pages lost exactly what you're buying but in this case it would be steam you'd need to complain to if the product page was misleading. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13660

If the product was misleading? If you google the pack name literally reddit posts show up with people complaining that it was misleading? And how does bunjie not refund it if you HAVE NOT spent the silver? even mobile games refund packs if you dont use/spend what the pack you bought had... at this point im thinking of refunding shadowkeep aswell i dont even know if i want to play a game that has not only the hardest support system i have ever seen but also trying to scam you... im utterly dissapointed

here is a reddit post quoted: Destiny 2: Season of Arrivals Silver Bundle was delivered and packaged poorly. And it's misleading. The reviews are pouring and it's not good. But the reasons don't reflect the product itself. In the ABOUT THIS CONTENT it clearly states that Silver is an in-game currency you can use in Eververse to buy Season of Arrivals, cosmetics, and more!Purchase the Season of Arrivals Silver Bundle and receive the Strange Visitors Legendary emote with 1,000 Silver and an additional 700 bonus Silver (1,700 total Silver). One-time purchase is available for a limited time during Season of Arrivals.Season of Arrivals not included with purchase. So that's 1700 Silver (How much is 1000(700) silver even worth?) Strange Visitors Legendary emote(no clear way to check silver value and how it compares to Emote) That's this for $15 US So why are people upset? The misleading The first thing you see is **Destiny 2: Season of Arrivals.....**Silver Bundle. When it should have been just Silver Bundle How much is 1000(700) silver even worth? Why are you even trying to make me look for? It's not obvious and I don't feel like doing the math for potential value. The ABOUT THIS CONTENT comes off as something much more than just 2 things when it's just 2 things The "One-time purchase is available for a limited time" adds urgency to this package when the only Limited part is the 1 Emote and I don't even know how much the Emote is valued at. Not cool Bungie
