I have an issue with a purchase

I need to get in contact with a bunjie employee, iv been looking for 4 hours how to make a support ticket only to find out from an external website that bunjie doesnt have any support system except a forum here.

What's really amazing is that if you have an issue that isn't about a purchase and is about a recurring bug, you probably won't even get a response from these tools. Have a name that's being censored? They won't talk to you. Have an issue with a quest? "Oh we're aware of it, should be fixed in 3-4 months." Can you fix Polaris Lance maybe? No, not for another few months. Can you help me understand what target acquisition actually does and maybe explain why Destiny 2 hides the aim assist stat? *crickets* This company is a joke, brother.
