Nobody is saying that's what they do, you're completely missing the point.
Every time there's a sandbox update they have to go in and literally test every single weapon to ensure it hasn't left anything busted. That's the reason there's currently too many weapons for them to keep on top of and why they have to retire some.

.....that was not their reasoning at all it was because noone diversifies weapon use, stated by them. They also do not play every weapon again you change a 700 rpm weapon type all 700s should change. Literally just an excuse to give us our weapons back reskinned, but keep believing what you are being fed.
