No. You are supposed to respect her RIGHTS as a citizen, and the limits of the LAW. Just like you expect to not be harrassed by arbitrary prosecution when no evidence of a crime can be found, she has the same the reasonable expectation that her RIGHT to the same be respected. Our system of laws is designed that we believe it is better that the guilty go free, than the innocent be wrongly punished. So once its clear that no evidence of a crime can be found...then the investigation IS OVER. The shit you are talking about is the stuff of Kings and Dictators. He’s refused to let aides testify, and has refused to turn ove a single document related to Ukraine. The witnesses who did testify did so in open defiance of Presidential order and were denied access to records and the materials with which they worked with. That is what obstruction looks like, especially when the persons tells you at the START of the investigation that he won’t cooperate in any way and the goes on to make good on that promise.
