Your evidence that trump is a russian plant, no he colluded, or maybe quidproquo, wait I mean he didn't do what we said, so impeach! I left a few out.
It is common knowledge that she had roughly 30k emails deleted while under investigation, as to what was on them, no one outside of her circle will ever know, but it stinks non the less.
I left a few out.
I know. There has been so much misconduct on his part compared to past Presidents, I empathize with your inability to keep up. The rest of us a struggling as weel. ..and 'stinking" isn't a crime. And you can't charge and prosecute someone for what "might" have been in the e-mails, or what THINK might have been on them. The FACT is that you have no idea what was in those e-mails. So your options are either to charge her wtih the destruction (which is a policy violation, and not a crime)....or your investigation is simply over. You found nothing. Its not a matter of what you THINK happened or what you BELIEVE happened. Its not a matter of what you THINK was in those e-mailes or what you BELIEVE was in them. Its what you can PROVE was in them...and you can't prove anything. Since---obviously----you never read them.

작성자: FightinFinn 2-7 12/19/2019 7:59:27 PMShe should have been charged with obstruction of justice for the deletion of said emails, is my point. Se was under investigation when they were deleted and destroyed. My point on the other portion is that the goalpost has been moved every time the dems find nothing. All the dems are doing is throwing shit and seeing what sticks. Can't wait till 2020 when Trump becomes the first impeached president to be reelected and the dems lose the house. The average joe is tired of the BS games the Dems have been playing and retribution is coming.

And your point is incorrect. https://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-charges/obstruction-of-justice.html Unless you can prove that those e-mails contained information that was material (of central importance) to the investigation AND they were destroyed with the intention to keep them from investigators..... ...you don't have the elements of the crime, and you cannot (legitimately) charge her with it.
Se was under investigation when they were deleted and destroyed
Not sufficient to the crime. The e-mails could have contained personal conversations and not classified material. In which case they were not material to the investigation.
My point on the other portion is that the goalpost has been moved every time the dems find nothing
No. The issue is that Trump is so shameless and prolific in his criminal behavior that there is no need to move the goalposts. A new "game" starts before the old one is finished. The call that triggered the Whistleblower complaint happened the DAY after Meuller testified before Congress regarding his report. Then the White House STUPIDLY released a memo that ADMITTED and DOCUMENTED the elements of MULTIPLE crimes, including illegally withholding the aid to Ukraine, Use of that aid to extort the Ukrainian government, as well as the solicitation of a bribe (the investigation being a thing of personal value to the President and his re-election campaign).
All the dems are doing is throwing shit and seeing what sticks.
No. Its called Congressional OVERSIGHT. Just like the Republican-led House did with Secretary Clinton with respect to her e-mails and the tragedy at Benghazi. Even though one was pure politics and the other Administrative...at NO point did Democrats claim that Clinton had a right to simply IGNORE those investigations simply because they became political.
Can't wait till 2020 when Trump becomes the first impeached president to be reelected and the dems lose the house.
Downing that Fox News kool-aid pretty hard, I see.
The average joe is tired of the BS games the Dems have been playing and retribution is coming.
https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/trump-approval-ratings/adults/ Right. Whatever you say....

Can't wait till 2020 when Trump becomes the first impeached president to be reelected and the dems lose the house.
Downing that Fox News kool-aid pretty hard, I see...
Yea,,, let’s think about that. Trump CRUSHED the 2016 election. Despite the lefty spewed Koolaid saying he had no chance against Hilary. (Do I have to queue the montage or do you remember?) Trump was also one of the minority of presidents to win the election despite his opponent outspending him, and currently his campaign wallet seems as if it will be Much healthier than any of the dems allowing him to outspend them... According to Gallup trumps approval rating is currently up over when he was elected... Also trump is an Incumbent. (Historically higher chances of winning the election) The deck is literally stacked against the democrats in the 2020 election based on historical markers of election outcome. If you don’t see that I think you are doing more than drinking the lefty koolaid... you are manually pumping it straight from Bloomberg’s favorite appendage. The democrats only hope at the moment resides in 17 republican senators jumping ship and deciding to remove him from office. Which considering it passed the house SOLELY on party lines, except for a handful of democrats who voted no on certain articles of impeachment..... just isn’t happening.

So we are supposed to "take her word for it", as to the subject matter of said emails. Sounds like bullshit! You keep accusing me of being a fox news fan, I am not. I get all of my news from alternative news sources. Fox is just as corrupt as the rest. As for the memo, I read it and was unimpressed.

작성자: TheArtist 12/19/2019 8:35:04 PMNo. You are supposed to respect her RIGHTS as a citizen, and the limits of the LAW. Just like you expect to not be harrassed by arbitrary prosecution when no evidence of a crime can be found, she has the same the reasonable expectation that her RIGHT to the same be respected. Our system of laws is designed that we believe it is better that the guilty go free, than the innocent be wrongly punished. So once its clear that no evidence of a crime can be found...then the investigation IS OVER. The shit you are talking about is the stuff of Kings and Dictators. Where there is one standard for those who are liked by those in power....and another, lesser standard for those who are disliked. No matter how you try to dress it up. That is basically what your are arguing. Which is antithetical to everything this nation stands for.

What part of "she was under investigation" did you not understand? Deleting "evidence" is a punishable offence. I believe it is called tampering! Rather or not you think trump is guilty, he still willingly divulged "evidence" while killary did everything she could to hide incriminating evidence..... and she did a damn fine job of it.

작성자: TheArtist 12/20/2019 5:36:55 PM1. I understand the situation just fine. 2. Destroying requested documents is only a crime if: a. Investigators know that the documents contained information material to the investigation. b. The documents were destroyed after they’d been requested. c. Investigators can PROVE they were destroyed with the corrupt intent to avoid turning them over. Which parts of these elements of the crime of obstruction of justice are YOU failing to understand?? 3. Trump has willingly turned over nothing. In fact he’s done the exact opposite. He’s refused to let aides testify, and has refused to turn ove a single document related to Ukraine. The witnesses who did testify did so in open defiance of Presidential order and were denied access to records and the materials with which they worked with. That is what obstruction looks like, especially when the persons tells you at the START of the investigation that he won’t cooperate in any way and the goes on to make good on that promise.

Yes. But that same person also said, "You have the nasty habit of being RIGHT." Which is why people find me so frustrating to argue against. I know what I'm talking about, and I'm VERY good at taking apart poorly structured and emotional arguments. You want Clinton jailed because you don't LIKE her, and you think this e-mail situaiton was a good EXCUSE to do so. Not because officials found EVIDENCE of actual wrong doing...and your FEELING that she LIKELY did something wrong is not sufficient. It is PRECISELY this kind of malicious prosecution that the Bill of Rights was crafted to protect us from....and its why the are the FIRST ten Amendments ot the Constitution. When you protect HER rights, you are also protecting your own. Remember that.

NO, I think there is a blatant double standard that the Democrats take full advantage of. At the end of the day we are both just fools arguing on a game forum.... What a waste of time. The problem is you take this way too seriously and just because your echo chamber says you are right, doesn't make it the truth. I have no doubt that last comment makes you want to lash out and say the same of me. Truth is, I used to believe all the stuff you spout on here and I am still a registered Democrat. My whole family has been Democrats for generations. However my echo chamber was broken when I saw the blatant bias against Trump in 2015. If it wasn't for my father which pushed me to look at both sides of the story I would still sound like you. I may be miserable, due to seeing how perverse the world has become. But I would rather be miserable with my eyes wide open, than content and blindfolded. Nothing I say will ever get through to you, so any further squabbling seems moot. I truly feel sorry for you, God Bless.
