They're talking about players moving in a way to where aim assist is a detriment, not a benefit. Exploiting game mechanics, basically, because you can't turn aim assist off so there's no way you can win such an encounter unless you know how to do the movements too. I've seen it happen a lot too.

No shit? I know what he's talking about and that's why he sounds stupid. Saying that's exploiting game design is like saying hiding behind rocks is exploiting map design. Nobody has a designated guy to run in front of people firing to exploit this, people are just strafing during a gunfight. If he said you should have the option to turn off aim assist i wouldn't have commented, because that's valid. He's blaming the players and is stupid because he might as well be saying stand still so i can shoot you. Players criss crossing, the nerve if those guys not standing still to help me shoot them. Have they no honor? This is the war of 1812 after all! Line up and die like a man! Do you hear it now? Sounds really dumb doesn't it.

작성자: AbsolutZeroGI 9/12/2019 5:39:55 PMNo, players can exploit the game in such a way that it removes control from the other player's controls. If you hide behind a rock and I see you, I can adapt my game play to deal with it. You don't control any part of my controls. You're using the map as designed. If you control MY aim assist, I can't do anything because the TTK is too fast for anybody to be able to run or hide once they've committed to the gun fight. That's game design exploitation and not something Bungie designed players to be able to do. You shouldn't control my aim assist. I don't care how Bungie fixes it, but they need to.

Uh, no, I've always controlled you're aim assist. That's what aim assist is. Aim assist keeps your aim on target. I'm the target. Who controls me? That's right, me. Is this the first game youve ever played with aim assist?

I really hope they give y'all the option to turn it off soon, so you can put it back on after losing every gunfight. It's easy to ignore those shots you would've missed wirhout it until its gone. Iwould probably turn it off for pve though. Its so annoying when the thralls are constantly pulling your gun off target. If you feel the aa is too high on this game i agree. People have always and will always strafe around each other and thats not game design manipulation. That's make you make a decision so i can get the drop on you. Or hope you shoot the other guy, im good with both strats.
