Yeah tell me about it if you're lucky you can enjoy the stuff you paid for if you're not you don't

I didn't pay for exotics and neither did you. All you paid for is the ability to play their content which is 'subject to change' as they deem to design. People need to stop spreading misinformation on what was 'paid for'.

You pay for the dlc which advertises itself with exotics look at the shadowkeep reveals its all about the exotics luring people in to buy it so you can have these amazing new exotics and if a good portion of people will never get a single one no matter how much time they put in then it's misleading you pay for everything they advertise and it's their job to make it so all players can have a fair eventual way of acquiring these items I don't expect to be handed these items I'm happy to work and grind I just want to know I can earn titles and trophy and not be blocked from content because of their ridiculous rng it was fine before the nerf in forsaken you would get a couple of exotics running raids and end game every week or two

The odds are the same for everyone. All people need to do is stop spreading ignorant misinformation about how things work. I get that you're upset because you're RNG-luck seems to be less than others but it's not. You're expectations are just unrealistic because you're already thinking that you've paid for these things to you are entitled to them. That's the misinformation. You say you're willing to work for it but it's clear you're really not.

I know there are allot of self entitled gamers out there that expect everything handed to them on a plate and I understand looter games so instead of acting like a know it all and crying any time someone criticises a game actually realise that there are actually gamers who have genuine issue and want the game to improve! You give me your pathetic speach about how obviously I'm not willing to put in the time I guess playing destiny everyday since closed beta d1 obviously doesn't count in your eyes let me guess I need to have played it 24 hours a day too not accounting for the three day sessions when dlc comes out I actually work for my characters. But when they make titles to earn and trophies based on drops they need to be more attainable especially when they have time limits because instead of it being the hard working players getting titles to show their commitment to the game its all dependant on rng not grind and what I'm asking for is not too much or unrealistic all I want is for them to increase the chance closer to what it was before forsaken. If you knew anything about gaming or development you would understand that live service games only sustain themselves and improve while keeping the customer base because of criticism the game evolves if it didn't and they never changed a thing destiny would have died in early d1 but real gamers made criticism and they gradually improved the game. Proving you don't have a clue what you're talking about and you're just an ignorant gamer who likes to act like a know it all!

I can't read you're wall of text. Learn to write like an adult. I've been gaming for almost 30 years. I've been a part of dozens of Alpha and Beta tests in that time. (So I do understand the importance of feedback) I've been playing Destiny also since the D1 beta. I'm an IT director in 'the real world' and work with programmers and developers and project managers every day. You haven't said 1 word about development up to now so I don't know why you even bring that up. You've made irrelevant assumptions about me simply because I'm calling you out on your BS. All I've done is make educated observations about you by how you're presenting yourself. You're also changing the subject. This post was about 'what you paid for' and what you think you deserve and that's the part that I'm focusing my reply on. Should titles be locked under RNG? No. I can agree with that. I have a Family and a full time job yet I try to put in 10 - 15 hours a week in religiously from DAY 1. Which is exactly what I'm doing! In the real world people complain to improve things there are a small percentage who complain because they expect everything but I am not one of those people.
