Well thats the answer for the no life players who are just too good to not play with a handicap and they just happen to be streamers (free adds for bungie).

You sir, are uninformed. How have streamers swayed Bungie? No times. What they have done is swayed the community and what has the community done? Sat back and take things as fact instead of getting up and to there own results.
