Coupled with bottom tree arcstrider's focused breathing (which was the meta class), you will find yourself with a near 7 second cooldown.

Once again. Using ONE skill tree. If you would learn to read instead of jumping in swinging..... The eye mask works on all supers and grants over shielding on roaming supers. [b]It’s NOT class dependent and tied into one skill tree.[/b] The husk DIDN’T grant over shielding on roaming supers and it’s cool down was tied into three class mods. Only one skill tree allowed it to be reduced further and eye mask isn’t class or skill tree dependent. Learn to read before claiming “people should educate themselves”

You're just trying to find any avenue to complain about OEM.
