I mean if you want to go down that road, we can. D2 was a bad product to begin with, the had to reset and rush its development/release, yet they still have it to us. They are denying us a product for which we paid them good money. Trials was part of that product and now it’s not available. Having D1 Trials is way better than NO Trials. I know some people don’t like it but they don’t have to play it. When they removed it we all assumed they were going to make it 3v3 elimination like we begged them to do, now they’re saying that they haven’t done a single thing regarding it, not even a “prototype” is in the works yet. Release it, and then if it sucks they can say “I told you so”. The only real thing that would need to be tweaked would be the heavy ammo spawn, but they can do it just like D1 and only have spawn in the 4th round or whatever it was.

"How do I report someone?" and "Why was I banned?". Every weekend the forums were filled with posts asking about reporting DDoS attacks and every Tuesday the forum was filled with requests asking why people were getting banned. Trials promoted cheating, this is something I can prove objectively. It promoted cheating in Destiny and it promoted cheating in Destiny 2. Add paid carries into the mix and you have a real problem on your hands. I know people DDoS in comp, but it was rampant in Trials. You know what's better than Trials? Not getting DDoS attacked. D2 vanilla was an undercooked meal and that was a train wreck. Bungie really doesn't need that bad press. Also we would need to create a system that doesn't promote kicking people offline. The issues with Trials run deep, it isn't as easy as just copy pasting the old system into D2. I don't want a rehash personally. We deserve better don't you think?

I understand what you’re saying. That being said I think your opinion may be that of the minority. I’ve been active on the forums since The Taken King, I’m in several discords and on Reddit. A lot of people are upset about this.

My opinion is that it could be worse, and that if taking Trials away allows for something better to come forward I am okay with that. I never said people weren't allowed to be upset, and I never implied that people weren't upset. I know people are angry because I can read. I see the forums.
