People always try to use that article as an argument. Only 4 out of 400 bans were reversed. Those 4 were actually bans that occurred during the Beta. They were also the first and last ban reversals that Bungie has ever announced for Destiny. I’m not saying you cheated on D2, but it’s pretty obvious what caused your ban. Your ban was applied for “using tools that pose a threat to the shared ecosystem of the game” just like the other 396 users that didn’t get their bans reversed. Just an FYI, you won’t hear from a Bungie rep. Bungie will not respond to this post per their policy.

The only time they ever reversed bans, is when they released the new security software and it malfunctioned, banning people with no investigation. In you case you were investigated and banned as everyone else was. If you would like more links showing people that were banned, and bungie did not reply too, let me know. I can link more

Thank you for your links and information. At this point, even with the idea that I won't get a representative, I still want to keep this discussion going. I can at least see that there needs to be a policy change of some sort to actually warn their users that something like this could happen, as there is nothing listed in their agreements from what I can tell. The closest thing is a quote from Cozmo, but what they say does not line up with the Terms of Use, EULA, or Code of Conduct.
