That's because they are busy trying to be the hero. Pay attention to how folks play overwatch, it's the simplest skill in the world, the true teamwork comes in comboes and understanding what you can do as a new individual to help the cause

Is it so hard for you to believe people aren’t good at team shooter tactics? It’s far easier for many to know how their abilities work in a bubble. Especially those coming from single player campaign shooters
