or even have it cause a shield burst effect to damage nearby enemy shields especially for the arcstrider making the the gambler's dodge a worthwhile gamble in Pvp where it will damage enemy shield but not damage their health which could also come in handy for resetting an enemy's recovery as well.

Imo that wouldn't work very well or be very useful. It would probably be lacklustre in PvE as shields are already easily broken and you put yourself in danger by getting up close to an enemy just to a bit of damage to a shield when you can just shoot it with your guns. Same problem in PvP, not worth risking myself by running up to 4 opponents to just dodge and break the shields when I can just shoot from afar.

Could be over powered actually now that I think of it. If you have an Arcstrider rush into a.group of 4 enemies in a room and you have titan come crashing in behind him to follow up with a shoulder charge that could be a devastating combo to see in supremacy.

Synergy like that would never work and is barely synergy unless you have communication which is very rare. What's the point of spamming dodge with Arc Staff to break their shields when you can just one shot them? An ability like that would just cause more problems within the Hunter class ability and not fix the current one while still not offering worthwhile utility. How would something like that be effective in PvE?
