I think a cool idea for a Cabal raid would be that the Cabal have stolen vital information from us and are currently transporting it back to their base of operations on a ship. So basically it would be a raid aboard a moving Cabal ship flying through space and you fight through it to the bridge where you finally kill the captain of the ship.
