personally i think snipers are fine, its all about the person using the gun.
I mean, people were complaining heavily about snipers before they nerfed their handling, ammo capacity, and scope zoom levels.
I snipe a lot and it heavily affected my accuracy and how quick i was able to move my scope to get targets for the better portion of 3 months I would say. I kept playing and ive gotten used to them again. I finally feel like im back to where I was before the nerf. Its not a balance problem. Some people are just skilled with snipers.
TLDR: they can nerf them all they want and people are only going to keep complaining when the snipers get used to them again.
TLDR2; the only way people are going to stop complaining about snipers is if they make them literally unusable.

Adding more flinch when shot in the head and or more zoom may help. We definitely don't want the snipers to be bad or useless. Perhaps adding more flinch capabilities to primaries. There are plenty of simple ways to fix this. It doesn't have to be a nerf fest.

Sniper flinch is minimal. I believe it should be increased. Being shot in the head repeatedly and barely swaying off target is bad. Not to mention that he game automatically realigns your reticle.

I agree flinch needs to be altered. The massive problem people have with snipers isn't aim assist necessarily, we aren't super humans on PC's , we need a little help with our cheeky joysticks. The problem is a very laggy destiny with poor latency issues, shots that should hit don't, and when you get shot through that wall what's that about? Personally if the game had better connection, less people would complain about the inconsistency with sniping.
