Snipers have -90% bullet magnetism, so while they stick the same you DO have to be a little more accurate. Due to the popularity of slow firing high recoil models, they're also punishing on miss (though not severe enough IMO, they still shoot too fast). I'm not sure how AA works on shotguns and FR's (and it probably doesn't matter on shotguns... UR's 0 AA is the best!).
