Because before they made it the Nightfall,the drop rate for it was extremely low. Drop rates in nightfalls are a lot higher. And people do farm other strikes. I did simply for the fact that I had a chance of getting the item at 335.

So I'm asking again, what's different now than back then? I had one back then, and I got rid of it. It's not THAT good. I don't even care to grind for one now. Bungie you can look at all my stats this week to verify. It's not a super great gun.
