Here's the best way instead of turning it into complete shit. Remove some major stability perks like braced frame. Skill.jpg kicks in some bandwagon users throw the gun in the vault and skill.jpg comes into play. Then we give auto rifles explosive rounds just for shit and giggles because we're bungie. Who doesn't want a doctrine of seizures a 100 rate of fire weapon flashing in your eyes staggering and blinding you. Doctrine of passing Persistence Explosive rounds Counterbalance

I always wondered why it has the fire rate it has. Until the grasp was made, this specific archetype of pulse was reserved for raid pulses, at least the first 2. This archetype should be for juju only. Or exotic pulse only.
