Kell of Kells hasn't been found yet. Skolas attempted to take it, but we defeated him before he could solidify his claim. There's a high chance that the Kell of Kells is either House Kings Kell, or Variks. Also, Oryx was severely weakened because we killed Crota, and then the rest of his tithing system before we fought him, he simply couldn't get enough power.
