Great post: Tip#1: Here is a another great tip you should add to this post. If a regular Omega-3 supplement makes you burp, then take Krill Oil capsules, they have good anounts of Epa and Dha and don't make you Burp like regular Omega-3. Winning! Tip #2: If you eat a lot of fish products you will get mercury in your body due to our environment. Instead take a high quality omega-3 supplement - (refer to tip 1) and skip on the metals ;). Winning! Tip #3: Doctors prescribe statin drugs to people with heart issues. Studies have shown that Taking Omega-3 supplement reduces your risk of heart attacks and heart disease better than Statin drugs. :) Living longer and without making pharmaceutical companies rich! Therefore Winning! -blam!- big pharma! Bye kids!

  • Honestly I found all my info from the web. Im just good at figuring out which info is legit or not. I never bothered to take nutrition or medicine in school and its a good thing I didnt because I probably wouldve been forced a bunch of outdated info. I was overweight about a year ago until I started becoming health conscious. Then through research I learned how to burn fat and build muscle fast through proper dieting. Its amazing how much your diet affects your body. A lot of people like to blame their problems on bad genes when its always poor dieting to blame.

  • Yea i agree with i am actually am starting out with new eating habits and exercise. I started about 4 month ago. First step is i quit binge video games. Then i joined the gym. Started preparing my food for the day and packing a breakfast and lunch daily and snack in between helps me. So far i lost 30 pounds. I usually take fish oil and vitamin d supplement. But i got my knowledge a while back cuz i used to work for a company that sold omega-3 online which was a lot more pure , it was called pharmaceutical grade omega-3 and had less of the other fats. Cuz some companies like to put fillers in their pills. But that company was sold off and i moved on to other work but i kept my knowledge of omega-3 and j tell everyone about it.

  • Yeah the pills usually don't have that great formulas. I buy it in liquid. Mine has 1000mg EPA and 550mg DHA per teaspoon. And it doesn't even taste bad. Its pretty godlike
