Can your friend upload video footage of the issue with Glimmer that they are experiencing? A visual representation of what they're seeing will help determine troubleshooting steps.

Hello, I can record some gameplay tonight. I have earned glimmer on my second character but not on my first character. I am level 30 and have a lot of kills and have not earned any glimmer as far as I know of. I only earn glimmer from dismantling items. I also do not have my expansion that I purchased on the XBOX 360 went o went to the XBOX 1. I will record some gameplay tonight and upload.

If you are unable to access Expansion I (The Dark Below) and Expansion II (House of Wolves) on the Xbox One but you purchased them on the Xbox 360, you may want to try [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]restoring your licenses[/url].

First off thanks for the quick reply! He should be joining this conversation when he's able. He should be able to record up to 5 min of game play with the DVR and you can look at it on his account. I don't know how to get those videos off of Xbox One and put somewhere else. Maybe he does. Moving towards the content transfer. It is limited to the expansion pass long ago before TTK was even a rumor? So his Legendary edition purchased for 360 wouldn't even transfer Dark Below or House of Wolves. If that's true. Then this is a boohoo moment for sure. :'(
