The new light level system doesn't mean a thing outside of hard mode. I run a 312 Titan and did a nightfall last night, was three shot by a 290 enemy and I had my armor all the way up. They have screwed this game up royally and it will take a major overhaul to fix but they'll want your money for it and I will not spend another dollar on this game. No more paid dlc for content that's already there and they are just pay blocking it. And soon you'll see pay to win take place, it's just a Matter of time.

Yep. Leveling has been off since day one. It's always strange to get destroyed by a pack of level 4 dregs in the cosmodrome when you are level 30...... And then again destroyed by level 4 dregs when you are level 40 and 307 light. What's the point.

You do know that whatever the light level requirement for the activity is what you go in as no matter your light level? You might put out more damage but you also take damage like a 290. Go patrol on earth and see how fast a lvl takes your health down.
