I honestly don't get why people have trouble taking down HoS Titans, I main a Hunter and I've had no problem shutting down Titans one on one while we were both using our super using my Bow. Could just be I get lucky head shots with it or every time they've just gotten out of a fight and had decreased armor, but I don't see that happening every time I end up one on one.
