I tend to agree ONLY because twilight garrison, arachnid Hunter chest, warlock Astrocyte blink helmet, exotic boots... All seem to be either in and literally 1 in a million drop rate or not in at all as it relates to warlock helm. Alpha Lupi anyone??? Bungie messed the loot tables up in the update. And I would not be surprised if OP is correct and SS is not obtainable yet even if you are on the right path to get it.
