Mars is probably my favorite planet. Not for killing things, because it is pretty empty. I just like the desert, and the fact that an entire city is buried in sand is really cool.

I kinda like the empty Mars landscape too. I've spent too much time in Russia, Venus always feels claustrophobic, and the Moon's surface is hard to look at for too long and the interior has no bounty or farming opportunity. So when I need to just get out and wander, Mars patrol is a good option.

The moon is the only claustrophobic planet imo. Those tunnels are horrible. I quite like the peaceful grayness of the surface, and the sky is amazing. Earth is nice and open and always has something to kill. Venus feels like a maze to me, and I hate navigating it. The green is overwhelmimg and Vex are not fun to kill.

I'm numb to how it looks after stupid relic iron farming back in the day LOL Actually numb isn't the word for it, I despise even looking at that planet now thanks to relic iron. It seemed like the majority of my vanilla weapons required relic iron to level up and spotting those relic iron on the barren wasteland was ridiculous. I do however think it's good that TTK will have some missions and activities to do on Mars as anyone who has played since launch really hasn't had a reason to go there in like 9 months now, except for Nightfalls/Weeklys.

The struggle was real back in October. Although it ended up turning into a social activity as you'd end up running with 2 or more other people half the time. I could probably tell you every intricate detail and run through the scablands blind LOL

A little of both actually! Happy that I didn't have to do it anymore, angry that it wasn't implemented sooner LOL Now with these changes to ghosts where apparently they can detect planetary materials, I'm fearing they're bringing farming back so I've been stocking up by buying materials. I'm at like 1000 of each, just in case.
