    ZeniMax made ESO. Not Bethesda, they partnered in design but ZeniMax Online did most if not all the work. So the next TES game is still being developed by Bethesda.

    Though it's still far too early for Bethesda to publish Elderscrolls 6. But by now they should be dropping hints at the title or where it'll be taking place. :)
