Dragon's Breath doesn't deserve the exotic rank. There are at least 3 legendary launchers that outperform it, Hunger of Crota, Hezen Vengeance and Ragedast's Fury.

That's your opinion of Dragon's Breath, I know what it has done for me, and has more than earned my respect as a exotic. I don't need tracking to hit my mark, I'm sure those launchers you got work well for you, but I'm not you lol.
