Yes you sure can. When you choose to be grouped with a random set of ppl you will get all different skill levels. The solution to the problem you are is that you just form a group with people who are as good as you think you are.
Then you can pick and choose at will who you play with.

I try to find people to join my [b]PvP clan[/b] but i play with most of them and they all use [i]Shotguns and FR[/i] And i just dont think people are as good as [u]people who played the beta[/u] when [i]Shotguns and FR[/i] were underused and people had [u]Skill[/u]
