Nubs on PvP and Loot

No one on my team got passed 19 kills but me and the bottom 3 people got shit and not me and i did ALL THE WORK like WTF!
Can i just get good players or anyone for a fact that knows what they are doing?

When you choose to be grouped with a random set of ppl you will get all different skill levels. The solution to the problem you are is that you just form a group with people who are as good as you think you are. Then you can pick and choose at will who you play with.
