I don't think you can call everyone noobs because they weren't 30. I played since launch and I'm still not 30. Strictly because there was no need to be. It isn't fun getting pissy at RNG because the raid didn't give me that last piece of gear I needed. I could do the raid at 29 so I said screw it!
